Hi all,
can some one shed some light on these 2 issues I'm encountering with the editor...
- inserting a new table works fine, but when previewing the page, table shows no colors for borders or cells.
- I can change the colors for borders and cells, but again, when submitting or reviewing, table shows no colors at all.

Both these issues leave table visually useless since you can not tell the rows or cells.

Any assistance will be pretty much appreciated.

This is due to the drupal filters and maybe your theme, try the full html infput filter if you need coloured tables.

thank you.
I do have filters set to full HTML. The table colors are working fine. It is just the border and cell colors that are not working.

Ok. Let me just add this please.

I tested same site in IE with a different theme and I can see the cell borders now. Can someone in this forum bless me with their knowledge to tackle this seemingly minor but a show-stopping issue ...

- I can find the way to change the cell border color, but none I can see for the table border? Where is the interface to changing table border color?

- I hope no one tells me that I need to change site theme to fix this. This will be major work that neither myself not the site is ready for. How else can I fix this issue without having to change the theme?
