Content Drop Down Menus With FCKeditor Enabled

I love to use the FCKeditor. When I try to create content, however, the drop down menus are not fully functional. The "Input format" works fine , but I am uanble to access the settings on "URL path settings", "Comment settings", "Menu settings", "Authoring information" and "Publishing options" tabs. When I disable FCKeditor, the options return.

Any idea why this is so? Thanks!
