Images directory not correct

Hi all,

this is probably something very simple:
when including an image the url is not correct, I don't seem to find why. Drupal is installed in a subdirectory root/cms/ I use the IMCE plugin. The url created looks like this: But the url should be preceded by .. or by my root url http://www.jefspalace.be
