Review of coding styling

In part of my work on Facebook Connect related Drupal modules I made a code review of this module and changed the module to as much as possible conform with the coding style.

I will probably not do any more work on this code review since I'm now working on another solutions for my current project - so I would be happy if someone else could do any eventual re-rolling of this patch.
