Breaks panels

FBConnect breaks panels.

create a panel page or panel node or mini-panel

goto context tab
click on Add context or Add argument or Add relationship

The pop up does not appear.

if you have created a panel page, then try and drag and drop an element. It gets stuck.

I am on panels 2 on D5.

This happens for rc1 and dev versions of panels 2
