It would be great if the FBConnect button could be disabled on the Login page. It would be better to just have the FBConnect button as a block that can be placed wherever we want and on whatever page we want. Right now all we can do is hide the button with CSS.
Thanks.

jcisio commentedThis is because of #982918: Add login with facebook in register form. There is an option in settings page to hide it.

chris-cmfi commentedI cannot find this setting anywhere.

Madnhain commentedI decided not to use FBConnect, but was having a heck of a time making it go away, turned out to be rather simple. You cannot deactivate the FBconnect Module until you deactivate all modules that require it. *face palm*
Mine was "FBConnect Test" Once I deactivated that module, I could then deactivate FBConnect and it no longer appears at login.
Hope this was helpful.
