The following Facebook settings won't get updated:

* Web Site > Core Settings > Site Domain
* Facebook Integration > Canvas URL

I don't know if this is intended or a patch needed.

Drupal for Facebook only attempts to change the settings that would be painful to copy and paste from drupal into facebook. It can't support all the options, for example the canvas URL can only be edited on facebook. It's not meant to make it so you never have to edit the app on facebook, you will always have to do that.

I'm open to setting more things automatically, but canvas url will not be one of them, and which are supported has to be chosen carefully.
