I saw someone else here had a similar problem, recorded as fixed. I just installed DFF today and am getting the issue.
I've read readme.txt.
I've read the documentation.
I've enabled the DFF Devel module.
I've run update.php.
There are no errors in the log.
The readme.txt file says to go to Create Content >> Facebook Application, however there is nothing under the menu. There is 'Facebook Applications' under Site building, which takes me to /admin/build/fb, which gives me a blank page.

Dave Cohen commentedAre you logged in as user #1? If not try settings permissions.
That said you certainly should not see the item in the menu but not see the page.
Comment #2
tracerul commentedI have same problem...
Comment #3
tracerul commentedFor me solution is this : I change in fb_app.admin.inc
to
Comment #4
Dave Cohen commentedNot sure how that happened! Fixed in .dev build.
Comment #5
dangrice commentedEven after patching that I'm still having the blank screen come up on the app list or create. Although I have a lot of other mods running. (like OG and domain) I tried going into phpmyadmin and dropping the %fb% tables, and re-enabling them.
#1. Is this correct to add these three lines in my settings.php?
require_once "sites/all/modules/fb/fb_settings.inc";
$conf['fb_api_file'] = 'sites/all/modules/fb/facebook-platform/php/facebook.php';
include "sites/all/modules/fb/fb_settings.inc";
Comment #6
Dave Cohen commentedget rid of the require_once line.
Enable the Drupal for Facebook devel module which will write an error to the status report page if you have the other values wrong.
