module structure refactor

Why?

I don't mean to be snarky. I honestly feel this simply adds a redundant naming convention and makes files harder to open in a text editor.

That said, for D8 there will probably be a whole rat's nest of nested directories for various classes. For D7, I don't see how this improves anything.
