Full error report :

Recoverable fatal error: Argument 3 passed to t() must be of the type array, string given, called in /home/anam/Works/php/bandhobi/sites/all/modules/fb/fb.admin.inc on line 55 and defined in t() (line 1452 of /home/anam/Works/php/bandhobi/includes/bootstrap.inc).

I took a look at line 55, the line was something like this :
), 'error'));

I changed it into this :

), array('error')));

that fixed the issue for me.

btw. I'm using String Overrides Module.

I'm using drupal 7.22

This is a duplicate issue, already fixed in .dev build.

You're change is incorrect. Instead move one of the parens after "), 'error'))" to before, so it will be ")), 'error')".
