Registration and Login via Facebook Connect works fine. But after i logged in, the Drupal Connect Block shows both, the "Welcome FB username" message and the Facebook "Login" button which links to /fbconnect/register/create.

The /fbconnect/register/create link should to disappear when logged in. Or am i wrong here?

Are you using modules/fb, or modules/fbconnect?
