Fixed this by add the following line

require_once('fb.admin.inc');

before

./fb_connect.admin.inc:42: fb_admin_get_app_options(FALSE);

Looks like this was not commited. On the current dev version there's no <?php require_once(); ?> in fb.connect.admin. I am using this module and have not encountered this error.

Does this occur still to anyone? What are the steps to reproduce?
