I have started the porting to Drupal 7 for this module.
Attached is a patch (created in refernce to HEAD) that is a good start of getting to the faq_ask 7.x-1.x version of the module.
Note that the possibilities of testing this is currently rather limited as the Frequently Asked Questins module still has no -dev version for the D7 release.
Anyway this version passes the Coder module testing for upgrade to D7 + a whole lot of other small things.
