Problem: "Allow long question text to be configured" option under admin/config/content/faq/questions is not working as expected.

Currently, hook_form_FORM_ID_alter is being used to hide the long question field.
This is only hiding the long question field on the node edit page. When creating an FAQ node the field is visible and when filled in displayed when viewing the node.

Proposed solution: Replace hook_form_FORM_ID_alter by hook_form_BASE_FORM_ID_alter

According to description of function, details question will not be configuratble at edit node page based on the option enabled or disabled. I have updated the patch.
