Add fifo/lifo option for Q/A

I use the "Clicking on question opens/hides answer under question" layout,
and the categorized Q/A list is getting long. For every new Q/A I have to go
into Weight and move the last entered item (which usually is less relevant)
from first position to last position. Maybe ordering criterium could be
made optional?
