I have several subsections in a website, each with it own faq page.
Is it possible to split the only one faq page into separate faq pages, depending on the terms of a category or depending on the category itself?
Possibility 1:
category: faq, terms: faq1, faq2, faq3 ==> each term on its own faq page with pagenames (URLs) faq1, faq2, faq3.
Possibility 2:
- category faq1 with terms faq1a, faq1b, faq1c and pagename faq1.
- category faq2 with terms faq2a, faq2b and pagename faq2.
- category faq3 with terms faq3a, faq3b, faq3c and pagename faq3.
Possibility 3:
- category faq1 with terms and pagenames faq1a, faq1b, faq1c.
- category faq2 with terms and pagenames faq2a, faq2b.
- category faq3 with terms and pagenames faq3a, faq3b, faq3c.
The second possibility will do for me.
All the settings can be equal for all faq-pages to be consistent in the site.

stella commentedWhen using categorised faqs, each category will have it's own faq page (faq/tid), so for example for term id (tid) 123, the faq page for it and its subcategories is "faq/123". You can use the path module to create url aliases for these if you want.
Or as nancyw suggests, you can create a normal page node and call "faq_page('123');" in your body text (ensure php filter is on).

Stella

promesThanks Stella and nancyw.
I use the faq in a book, so I prefer to use the way nancyw pointed to.
But for other sites it's good to know both way's.
The updated site with the faq is up and running, give it a try at (the site is in Dutch, written for several levels of webmasters):

From this page you can chose for a content related faq and a more technical faq.
