Views "This display is disabled"

All the different displays in the sample views included in the module, except for Block - Recent FAQs, shows the message, "This display is disabled." I'm unable to access or alter the display in any way. I'd really to like to see these displays to get ideas.

I've tried disabling, uninstalling, and reinstalling the module several times. Nothing seems to help.
