One of the requirement i got, when clicking parent facet checkbox, i need to show all results. but when clicking specific child facet, i want to show only child facet results. Kindly help me how to achieve this?

Does our content structure require the parent (and grandparent) terms be selected on the content, or do you only select the child terms? IIRC there are modules that can help ensure the parent terms are always selected at the content level.

As for the facets, what are the expected differences in the search results or facets display if the parent terms are selected?
