Other parent items are not visible while a facet link is active

How can I show all the Parent terms when I am in an Active facet page.

I have Hierarchical Taxonomy term setup indexed to Solr. I am using "Node » » All parent terms" Facet for Filter and assigned to sidebar. The widget type I am using is Link and all the other options are selected as per standards. Now, when I click any Parent Item, the search result is filtered to the parent item and Subcategories of that particular Parent are displayed. But, the other parent links are gone from the facet.
I would like to know, Is there any possibility to display all the parent terms in a facet active page ?
