Would it be possible to integrate this module with the Radioactivity module so that energy is provided to the node upon a referal. If User Points Voting API is also in place, points could also then be awarded to a user for referal.

You should be able to install this module side by side with the others.

If you are requesting that the functionality of these other modules be rolled into this module, that is not in the plans for this module. This module was created to provide (and will only ever provide) the basic Facebook Share functionality.
