Problem/Motivation

The value of "Default title text for new window links" in module settings is not translatable.

Steps to reproduce

Have a site in multiple languages. When the "Display default text in title" option is enabled check the markup of any external link in a language that is not english. You will always see the text "(opens in a new window)". When trying to translate extlink settings that field is not available. The string is also not available through UI translations.

Proposed resolution

Change the field type in schema.
