I've set the module to display a pop-up warning when an external link is clicked, but the warning box is appearing for links in body fields that use the Shortcodes text format.

elachlan commentedInteresting. most of the links do not have the external links icon. But in the "Filing a grievance or complaint" section it does. None of them seem to show the popup.
I'd say its an issue with the sub domain matching and a separate issue with the popup. Can you list the settings you are using?

All of them do not have the attached click method.
I suggest you remove the exclude regex and css and try again? If you can isolate it, we should be able to fix it.
