Problem on visualisation

Hi, I've installed your theme on my website, but I've seen 2 bugs watching the website on computer and in smartphone.
The website is:

1)
If you click here (http://www.bagnoalma.it) , all is ok, but if you click on (page where are pictures)
http://www.bagnoalma.it/?q=node/3 (Foto Ristorante)
or
http://www.bagnoalma.it/?q=node/5 (Foto Bagno Alma)
the name of website (site name and site slogan) come down on the webpage, it's a bad bahaviour.

2)
On the smartphone, if you click on these 2 pages http://www.bagnoalma.it/?q=node/3 and http://www.bagnoalma.it/?q=node/5 the Navigation Menu bar doesn't work more. If you press with finger it doesn't work, it doesn't go down.
