Problem/Motivation

The config_simple_example module shows how to use the configuration API. The machine name has been chosen not to confuse it with the config_entity_example module, which shows how to implement a configuration entity class, but it can be simpler.
The module name (Example Translatable Configuration) does not describe the purpose of the module; the fact the configuration values are translatable is secondary.

Proposed resolution

Change the machine name to config_example and the name to Example Configuration. Other changes are required in other files.
