Problem/Motivation

Since Drupal 8 was released in 2015, and 9 and 10 has since been released, perhaps we can just use "Drupal" without a version? Also, we could use the recommendations in the README.md template.

Furthermore, Drupal 8 was EOL on November 2, 2021. The 4.0.x branch is for Drupal ^9.4 || ^ 10.
