Hello!

Thanks for the wonderful module.

I am a new to coder/Drupaler and was wondering if anyone could help me out with figuring out a way to add the node/add/event into the event display page itself.

Instead of it being in the 'add content' menu, I would like to move the 'add event' link directly onto the event page, or even better if there was a way to add the submission form to a block that I could display on the events page.

This may be fairly simple, but if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Would I do something like the following:

function custom_event_form_submit($form_id, $form) {
  global $user;
  $form_id = 'event_node_form';
  $node = array(
    'uid'  => $user->uid,
    'name' => $user->name,
    'type' => 'event',
);
  $form_values = array(
*not sure what to do here*
);
watchdog('debug', 'Saving event');
drupal_execute($form_id, $form_values, $node);
}

And then print in a custom block?
