I am getting an access denied on a page that I should have access to.

Procedure:
- upgraded database using evaluation sql script
- upgrade files using provided files (i tried it with the patch utility too but no difference)
- i have NOT yet even enabled the evaluation module
- logged in as user with permission to access (but not administer) nodes

Result:
I was unable to access a page.
Before upgrading to the evaluation module I could access the page.

Work-around:
- allowed this class of users to administer nodes in addition to access nodes.

Result:
I am able to access the page.

Unfortunately, this allows users to edit any node.... I am assuming that I can work around this by enabling the evaluation module and then set it's permissions accordingly. Nevertheless, this is not the way it should work, I assume. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Actually it looks like it persists even when the evaluation module is installed and configured. I am able to view evalution-type nodes with 'access' only permission but not pages or stories unless the 'administer nodes' permission is set.
