Is it possible to add function to 7.x version, like is in 8.x: Enable floating privacy settings tab after withdrawing consent?

To allways show button to visitor to change his option.

Of course. Patches are welcome.

We're going to prioritise bugs (d7 or d8) first, and then version 2 for d10.
Patches are always welcome and we'll apply all reasonable patches that are posted for d7.

When we've solved all reported bugs and released a stable 2.0 we can focus on this issue if d7 is still supported at that point.
