For Varnish 2.1, at least, the sample vcl files in the doc directory have problems (I believe they're outdated). This patch makes it run with Varnish 2.1

Hey rfay,

Thanks for this I have patched that into head. I have also created a file called esi_blocks-2_0.vcl for those who are using varnish < 2.1
