Review implications of entity revisions and/or bundle keys

Currently instances are only storing a single ID, but this could be problematic if a given entity (a node, for example) supports revisions. (Does an entity relationship instance exist per PK and revision of each related entity?)

Not sure if bundle keys present a similar issue.
