Since 7.37, the load method of the default entity controller which commerce_order inherits from does not return results for non-integer ids. Previously such IDs were allowed, and were cast to int by the mysql non-strictness.
The current stable release of epay_commerce relies on this (probably by accident) because it generates urls like "checkout/110-10/payment/return" in function epay_commerce_epayapi().
The non-integer order_id there is taken from the epay transaction array.
The issue is already fixed in dev, where the order_id is taken instead from the loaded commerce_payment_transaction object.
Maybe a new stable release is due now that the current one is no longer working with the latest Drupal core?

googletorp commentedI haven't had any issues, but I have been using head. Rolled out a new release which probably fixes this for you.
