Offering to co-maintain Environment Indicator

While I recently starting using this module, I did try it a few times and for one issue or another I always ended up doing something custom as there were issues or small things that weren't quite there for me. I wanted to give it another try.

I recently added #3593778: On the toolbar submodule, if no name is defined do nothing as with the core module (as opposed to default colors).

It's been a while since I offer to co-maintain a project, specially one as popular as this one, but the issue queue has a lot of things to review/comment on and it's a module I find it extremely useful. I would like it to be simple as it is with as little interactions and possible, which is the direction is taking.
