URL path not working

Need help with Entity Reference field in Drupal 8.
"Select the College" is a Entity Reference field with Contextual Filter (Raw value from URL - Path 7).

The Taxonomy ID from URL is not passed to radio button field in ADD TERM page.

This was working in Drupal 7, and NOT WORKING in Drupal 8.

Any help?
