Add fields to the referenced node

Hi,

Is there a way to add more fields that characterise the entity refered in a parent.
Here is an example of two fields that I would like to have to be able to tick for each of the referred nodes.

Do you know if there is an existing module that does that? or which hooks to use to do it myself in my module?
