Expand entity reference field to include text or link

Hello

I'd like to be able to use node reference as a field, although be able to expand on that specific relationship.

For instance:

product A (node) references product (B) node.

I'd like to include a sub field (text), or a link (seperate page) display on the page, where I can expand details on the reference.

In this example, Please note that product A may have multiple references.

An example of a page would be:

Title: Product A
Entity Reference #1: product B: view more details
Entity Reference #2: product X: view more details
...
...
