Will this module work for me?

I am trying to figure out if I should use this module, but there is no documentation for it.

I basically want to create a filefield that has unlimited number of values with each file having properties or fields for a title and some kind of rating (doesnt have to use voteapi, a simple drop down/check/radio on the node edit form will be ok since only content admins will be changing that value) will be fine. Then I want to create a module that when viewing the node will loop through the files and create an output based on those values (this needs to be done per node, not a bunch of node relationships). This also has to work with filefield paths. I am thinking this can all be done by creating an entity and just referencing it with different values for each file?

Does this sound doable with this module?
