Problem/Motivation

With the latest release (1.1) there's no option to edit the item list in a queue translation.

Steps to reproduce

1. In a multilingual site create an entityqueue.
2. Add items in the base language.
3. Add a translation. It won't allow editing the items list in the translation.

Proposed resolution

Allow again to edit the items list in the queue translations.

The ability to translate the items of a subqueue was removed on purpose in #3150981: Simple queue loses labels, cannot add new ones. Unusable on multi-lingual sites., see that issue for more details.

We can only add it back once this core bug is fixed: #2935978: Create a bundle_field_override configuration entity to override a bundle field with configuration
