Entityqueue should display the field description if it exists. I've added it after the 'add' container and it looks resonable.

Also removed the call to `t()` in 19f1a39. I realized that doesn't look proper and other places that add the field description don't use it (like field_default_form(). I'm pretty sure field labels and descriptions are translated differently.
