Replace "(all languages)" with "(not translatable)"

The wording "(all languages)" on untranslatable fields is vague and has confused our staff. Does it mean that all languages are supported by this field (no) or that all languages will show whatever is the last thing placed in this field (yes)? This has led staff to paste foreign-language content into fields showing this label, which causes the English page to show this language.

"(not translatable)" would be unambiguous.
