Views are not supposed the get those tabs, are you sure they are generated by ET?

their the secondary tabs from the edit node area - they appear above the views table for the admin when logged in

sorry I uploaded the wrong image

it a small bug but the secondary tabs appear above all views generated pages and grids ... only for those with admin & translation permissions ...
the tabs reference one node in the view ... not the view it's self

Similar problem, but worst!
On my site the secondary tabs on views page is visible for everyone (anonymous included)! Obviously they can't reach the linked page ("Access denied"), but they can view the tab with links to translate entities!
Versions:
- drupal 7.15
- entity translate 7.x-1.0-alpha2+97-dev
- title 7.x-1.0-alpha4+2-dev
- views 7.x-3.3
Do you need more specific infos?

@saxxing I encountered the same issue you are describing. see #1740282: translation tabs visible to everyone
