I think this issue was patched in 6.1.1 but appears to have recurred in 6.1.2. The modules downloads the subscribers from Campaign Monitor but subscription requests from the site generate the following error when the cron runs:

warning: array_intersect_key() [function.array-intersect-key]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home/***********/public_html/modules/emf/emf.sync.inc on line 168.

I thought it could have been due to data type mismatches in the field mappings but I still got the error when using only the name and mail field.

Just to confirm that the patch posted at http://drupal.org/node/615950 does resolve this issue, it just needs to be included in the latest release.
