when I try to use the function "embed_views_exposed_form", I've got a php error :

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method views_plugin_display_page::embed_views_exposed_form() in .../sites/all/modules/embed_views/embed_views.module on line 83

have you got an idea how to fix that ?

Looks like you are using the wrong display class.

"views_plugin_display_page" instead of "embed_views_plugin_display_embed". Note the set display in the example.

...
  $view->set_display('embed_1'); // Use the machine name of the embed display.
  print $view->display_handler->embed_views_exposed_form();
...
