It would be really nice if the email field was able to show up in workflow_ng. I asked workflow_ng about the issue and they said that currently they only support internal cck fields; I was hoping that you could modify the email module to work with workflow_ng. I love the email module, but workflow_ng is a necessity, if email doesn't work with it that means I have to use a standard text field with regular expression validation and lose all the cool features that email has to offer.

I second that. Connecting workflow_ng with the (contributed) CCK email field would be very, Very useful. Sadly, I can only express my wishes, I do not have the capability to add anything from a coding perspective. Still, I hope the good people of workflow_ng would take this up.
