I'd like to request co-maintainer access for External Links Filter.

I have prepared a version of this module for Drupal 8. It's available here https://github.com/ddrozdik/drupal.elf

I would like to migrate codebase to drupal.org and make a release of the module for Drupal 8.

In the future, I can help with supporting module.
