foreach error on admin/working tab

Received the following message:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
/home/[mysitepath]/modules/ejournal/ejournal.module
on line 1215.

This was tested on a fresh 4.6.6 install with e-journal as the only contrib. module
