Target _blank option not visible on link creation

In the latest versions, the 'open in a new window' option is no longer available when creating the link.

There's a regression in the user interface. Now, we have to create the link, then go back to the link properties to activate the option. Having to do this is quite cumbersome. It requires a lot of clicks.

Is it possible to restore the 'open in a new window' option to the link creation window, as in previous versions?
