Problem/Motivation

We've had complaints about the "Open in new window" option being moved to the new "link properties" dialog instead of the advanced fieldset.

Move the "Open in new window" option back into the "Advanced" fieldset.

unfortunately, this is default CKeditor5 behaviour - see https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/17230#issuecomment-2476196426

Please create an issue on CKEditor5 github so they can implement previous behaviour.
