Add popup width in settingsForm

Problem/Motivation

In some cases, themes or fields the size of the popup needs to be set.

Steps to reproduce

When I used some complexe inline entity form in popup, the default size is 300px so to short to display the field form.

Proposed resolution

Add the possibility to set the popup width in the settings form.

I created a simple patch to do that.
