Hi,

I have an ecommerce site that uses zip files for PayPal [file] products.

Everything works fine except that when a user purchases and pays for the product from paypal, the transaction stays on 'pending' instead of switching to complete.

This makes it to where the user cannot download their product until I switch the status to complete. I don't know if this is a bug or I do not have something set up correctly. I had this module working perfectly in erlier versions of drupal but in the 4.7.3 version that I am using it does not work correctly.

I seem to be getting all the correct IPN information mailed to me. So the issue does not seem to be anything with PayPal, just that upon paypal pining the site back, the data base is not getting correctly adjusted for the users myfiles to be updated with the new file download.

If someone could kindly stear me in the right direction that would be great.

the bug was fixed on EC3
the paypal module is going to be rewriten.

Hello,

I have this same problem I'm running version 4.7.6-3.3 of ecommerce, and file products cannot be downloaded until the status of the transaction is changed to "complete". Is there a way to automatically grant access to file download products paid via Paypal?
