Enable store for a certain roles (other than authenticated user) is this possible?

Hi
I want to disable store for anonymous, as well as authenticated user, but enable it for a another role. I want install roledelay module and grant access to store after certain period of time, since authenticated user role is always a default for all registered users I need to disable store in this role and create a new one, where the store will be enabled. Any ideas?
